Today,

I feel angry.

I think I should take up kickboxing.

or start doing yoga.

I pictured myself

sitting and

touching my toes.

Feeling my hamstrings

pull

and breathing out

all the tightness.

I imagined myself

doing this for hours

and how releasing it would be.

To focus on the emotional

until it blended with with the physical.

What a nice way to get to lost.
